Today SmallGuy happened to be in an interview with an interviewee. At the end of the interview, my boss said it was a bad one.
Becos the guy was not prepared and didn’t talk well. I wonder if I was the interviewee, would I pass it?
Smallguy isn’t good with talking too and definitely not good with making a good impression….
What if in the end all w hire are talkers and no doers……
